I'd reccommend EMG Nissan Kings Lynn to a friend because I was treated with respect and the staff at King's Lynn were very helpful, I dealt with Matt who was very helpful and knew his way round the car which I was looking at, also sent me a video which was spot on, I bought the car and I'm sure they will still look after me further on down the road

I'd suggest EMG Nissan Kings Lynn to a friend because the service I received there was excellent. However there was a small oversight at the start. I saw the car on Autotrader and reserved it on there. I looked at the dealership website and noted it was not showing as reserved. I had paid £99 for the reservation. I rang the dealership and spoke with a lady who took several details and assured me she would look into this and someone from the dealership would be in touch within the next day or so. However we waited nearly 2 days and no one contacted us. I did not want to lose the car and therefore phoned them up only to later find out that they knew nothing about this. So it is a good job we rang quite promptly otherwise we could have lost the car to someone else even though we had paid a deposit to reserve it. Later the guys at the dealership told us that no one there had taken our call and it could have gone through to head office and also that we would have to contact Autotrader to get our deposit back. There was no problem with this as Autotrader refunded the deposit very promptly. I just feel that there was a lack of communication somewhere which meant we could have lost the car. Otherwise the service I received from Matt and his manager was excellent and professional and I would highly recommend them. We are not returning for after sales servicing etc because we live a long distance away.
