From our first enquiry, to collection of our car, we received exemplary service from everyone at EMG Ely. Michael, in particular, was extremely helpful and explained how we could have a smooth transition so that we would not be without a car at any point. Everything did go very smoothly and we are enjoying driving our Kia Sportage immensely. We will be returning for servicing and MOTs as I feel confident that we will always receive first-class assistance.
