I registered my interest in the purchase of a KIA E-NIRO after a test drive with Andrew Hills. Due to the popularity of the vehicle, there was a very long waiting list in the confirmation of Order, and estimated delivery time. Andrew kept me informed at regular intervals and informed me immediately there was an update on availability and delivery. He also helped in the arrangement of having a Home Charger installed, getting personally involved to minimise delay. When the car arrived I was informed and shown the vehicle. When collected, all the controls were explained to enable me to drive the vehicle home. I am delighted with the service and attention received from Andrew Hills and colleagues to make my purchase a very pleasant experience. Has been reliable, comfortable and very economical to run. Today it had it's second service at EMG, CAMBRIDGE. The works was done efficiently. My car was cleaned and I was contacted when it was ready for collection. I am very happy with the service. JC
