Our Haverhill site is part of Grainger Motor Group, one of the fastest growing family-owned dealer groups in the UK with 14 locations across the South and East Anglia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to become an integral part of our bustling team. we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Our team is the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring that each customer leaves more than satisfied. We're now looking to expand our team with an additional Service Advisor who embodies our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers, whether it's over the phone or in person. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Meeting, greeting, and managing customers' needs and expectations.
Processing vehicle health checks and recommending necessary services.
Quoting and presenting service plan opportunities to customers.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our business as recommendable.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM

Saturday (1 in 3): Morning Shift

To be successful in this role you will be;

A dynamic individual with a passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a service advisor role or similar is preferred but not essential.
A team player who contributes to a friendly and professional team environment.
