About the Role

MG Ipswich is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to become an integral part of our bustling service team.

We thrive on efficiency, with consistent, overnight deliveries, ensuring our skilled technicians are always supported by the Parts Department for seamless operations and procurement

Responsibilities include

Identifying vehicle part needs for customers through advanced manufacturing systems.
Overseeing stock management with precision.
Utilising Excel or similar software for meticulous inventory and order tracking.
Guiding and nurturing less experienced team members.
Swiftly fulfilling orders to surpass customer expectations.
Building strong relationships with customers and technicians, both over the phone and in person.
Upholding the highest standards of customer service consistently.
To be successful in this role you will have

Proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a franchise dealership (Essential).
Proficiency in using pinnacle DMS.
Strong organisational skills
Exceptional customer service aptitude
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
Resilience, a positive outlook, and motivated to excel at every task.
Commitment to achieving KPIs.
A valid UK driving license.
