  I am a satisfied customer. I travelled 112 miles to this dealership to purchase my new Peugeot 5008. It was definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   An excellent experience from start to finish, James & Kirsty were great to deal with, very friendly, very down to Earth, knew their vehicle & never once we're they pushy, they made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble, Kirsty even came & rescued us from the petrol station after we had collected the vehicle as we were having problems with the ghost immobiliser, thank you KirstyI wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their outstanding service, keep doing what your doing guys & a big thank you for everything

  Skaiste and Paul were really lovely and helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. They had a kind and helpful approach which meant that I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions without being given time to think about it. Their service was efficient and contributed to an overall positive experience. I would definitely consider them again for when I need another car upgrade!

  Excellent services from both Kirsty and Skaiste. The test drive was a good length and provided a variety of roads to properly test the car. Collection of the car was quickly arranged & well organised. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

  Ashley was very friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my problems at the time of exchanging my car. He sorted everything out for me with another car and told me not worry about anything. I am so grateful to have met him and all the kind service had had given to me. Today the 13 December I came to pick up my new car and a lovely lady called Skaiste did all the paperwork handover and was very friendly, helpful and explained everything to me. Do pleased I met these two lovely people and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

  Terrible customer service. We bought a car in August and had to take it back 2 days later due to a gear box fault. Due to their terrible internal communication, they kept the car for 2 weeks before actually sending it off for the work that needed to be done. We had to continuously follow up over the next few weeks as they weren’t providing updates or communicating with us as to when we’d get our car back - not calling back when they said they would, slow email responses, and passing the blame to the the third party garage and each other, with a zero sense of urgency. We finally got our car back 2 months later. When I complained about our experience, all we were offered a voucher to use for a service, however, when I enquired about how to obtain this voucher, I didn’t get an answer. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later which sums up our experience. Avoid!
