I recently had my car in at EMG Kings Lynn for some service work. Although the car is old I wanted to take it somewhere I felt it would be looked after. From talking to Lee and discussing my requirements I chose EMG. I felt assured that, as a main dealer the car would be in safe hands. On the day of the booking I was met by Sophie who confirmed everything I had discussed when booking in. I then received a very professional video from the technician Mark who talked and showed me through his findings with his specialist knowledge and opinions. I then received a detailed breakdown of the required work and at a competitive price. The work was all completed in a timely manner with regular updates from Sophie.
