I went down to the garage in Bury St Edmunds to look at a specific car, unfortunately on arrival the vehicle had sold, with this I was greeted by Craig Woodward, one of the sales team working that day, along with my daughter and my partner we had in mind the kind of car that we wanted.
And what we wanted we got, Craig was extremely helpful from start to finish, he showed me a specific car that had just arrived and less than a week later it was prepped and ready to go.
Possibly the best experience I have ever had with anyone in the motor industry, such a genuine bloke who's not trying to force a sale like a lot of people. The pleasure was all mine and I'm sure when I'm ready for another car I'll be returning.
