I bought a Ford Focus from the ipswich branch having previously been sold a questionable focus a few days before from another dealer. However, dealing with Gary was a pleasure. He was professional..patient and explained everything to me. He helped in all aspects and when the car was ready within a day in perfect condition I was extremely happy.
