  We purchased our first electric vehicle a Kia EV 3 from the Cambridge branch of EMG. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Pedro the experience was first class. A full explanation of the merits of each model was given and a good assessment of our needs was recorded. Pedro took time to explain the many features of the car and provided clear and concise instructions Having decided to purchase the EV3 he made every effort to ensure that the delivery date was before 1st April Following handover there were some further features which we needed help with and Pedro ensured that these were dealt with including a home visit The care and attention was excellent and we would recommend this dealership and Pedro to other potential customers
