·Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately.
·Processing warranty claims to strict manufacture standards
·Ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and monitor daily warranty reports.
·A friendly but professional manner and able to demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity.
·Able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.
·Be a good communicator both written and verbally, even under pressure.
·Excellent interpersonal skills able to develop productive and cooperative relationships with colleagues and customers.
·Able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and customers.
·Understand how to effectively schedule and allocate work to ensure that is completed within the required time frame.
·Monitor progression of vehicles through the workshop and proactively address any potential issues.
·Ensure that all quality-related and audit practices are maintained.
·Update customer on progress of their vehicle and seek authorisation for additional work.
·Identify parts and supply required parts for workshop repairs.
·Process parts order for service customers.
·During busy periods assist with other duties within the service and parts department.
A good rate of pay with additional performance commission.
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00
