  We travel quite a distance to this wonderful dealership in Cambridgeshire to have our car serviced. Staff are very professional and friendly. They will 'go the extra mile' for customers as they value them. They have a small, comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee machine and a good mix of magazines and books to look at. Duxford Museum is literally across the road as well.

  "I contacted callum on Saturday for the car and travelled down from Sheffield as the intial car was not to my liking. Callus arranged overtime valeting and picked me up from station 10 minutes before closing time and stayed back after everyone left to seal the deal. I'm very impressed and hope you don't let him go, all the skills for the perfect salesman! Thank you callum"

  Amazing service! We sold our car to EMG! We listed our car for sale on an online platform, Dave called from EMG stating they could buy our car at a very competitive price with no strings attached, Dave booked our appointment for 10:00 the process literally took 20 minutes and they then were kind enough to drop me off at the local train station, very honest dealer, very organised and so easy to deal with, 10/10 we will certainly be coming back, thanks again.

  We went to EMG to take a look at the variety of cars they had. Our main aim was to take a look at different sizes for our ever growing puppy. Harrison greeted us as we arrived and his attitude was amazing from start to finish. He was polite and respectful, he did say he was new so introduced us to his boss Alfie who again was very friendly. The service we received from EMG was amazing and made my first dealership experience a real positive one. We are more than happy to return there to hopefully buy our car!

  Deniss at EMG was amazing! His customer service was exceptional and from start to finish I felt like I was well informed and good hands. You can tell he is very enthusiastic and professional. Buying a car can be stressful but Deniss was very patient and quick to answer any queries which helped me feel at ease.
