I recently bought my Mini from EMG Ipswich and couldn't be happier with the experience. When I arrived on the Saturday to collect the vehicle, there was a minor issue with the battery, but Jack and the manager on the day were incredibly apologetic and sorted it quickly and efficiently - plus, they kept me well-fuelled with some delicious coffee while I waited! From the first time we went to view the car through to the purchase and even afterwards, nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. The team has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. I'd happily recommend EMG Ipswich to anyone looking for a great car and even better service.

The staff at EMG Ipswich were good because , from the beginning to the end the transaction was handled in a most professional way. The salesman (Oliver) was polite and friendly, and had a good knowledge of the car and the sales/purchase process. I was offered a test drive and given the opportunity to have any extras supplied and fitted prior to handover. Oliver was patient and took the time and trouble to ensure that I was kept informed of the process, even to handling all the dealing with DVLA. It was my first experience of EMG Ipswich but it won't be the last for sure.
