I have been going to EMG Mazda Cambridge for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with how they go about everything, friendly on the phone and in person, not pushy with anything they just tell you what needs to be done if anything needs to be done. We actually changed our MX5 last January with them and it was an easy experience, everything carried out by Kieron including putting our private plate on the new car. We recently went back there at the end of January for it’s first service and the prices are reasonable and as I’ve said in a previous review you get a discount for being in the owners club, one of only a few dealers that seems to offer this according to the club magazine.

I've just purchased an Approved Mazda Car at EMG Mazda Cambridge and I can't recommend this dealership enough.
Matt, in particular, has been amazing: he allowed us to check out multiple vehicles, and he has been very patient as we made up our mind.
He was great throughout the whole process, which didn't involve any hard-sell tactics but a friendly and supportive approach.

We recently purchased our CX-5 at the EMG Mazda in Cambridge and the entire process was seamless and quite impressive.
Tom A was outstanding throughout the ordering process, always open, transparent, and responsive. During the car delivery and handover, Kieran was really good at providing regular updates and ensured everything was in place for a smooth handover.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I believe both Tom A and Kieran are exceptional assets to the group.

Really cant recommend this Mazda showroom highly enough. From start to finish the team here were incredible. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Furthermore Grant and his manager could not have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful or proffesional. I have purchased many cars during my lifetime, but never have i received service to this incredibly high standard. This will be my first port of call when I need my next vehicle and I live in Yorkshire so trust me when I say if you do the same you won't be disappointed. I recently had my car serviced at EMG Mazda and the staff were very friendly upon entry. The seating area was very pleasant and signage to the toilets were clear. When it was time to pay the service advisor was very kind and wished me a good day. Overall very nice experience.

I've just purchased a Mazda Approved used car from EMG Cambridge and only have high praise for the team and the car I purchased. Tony, Ryan, Julia and Pedro, and several other members of the team, are all very friendly, courteous, eager to help, and do their best to get you a great deal. There's no hard sell which is always a turn-off and the advice is clear and helpful for your needs. The car itself is beautiful; it's in amazing condition and came with a year's warranty. Overall, the experience was excellent and I couldn't be happier.

Rang first thing on a Sunday morning to book a test drive, told them it would take me 1 hour 30 mins to get thereNo problem we'll see you at 1pmGot there the car had a massive scrape and dent in the side, guy told me to 'use my imagination' as they'd sort it if I wanted the car. It then wouldn't even turn on. Utter shambles and embarrassing. If you've got someone coming from a distance you'd think they'd have the courtesy to check the car you're coming to see.

The experience at EMG Boston was fantastic because The people at EMG Boston were friendly and professional. We met Angel, Pete and Matt who answered all our questions and were never pushy. The choice of vehicles was very good. We live in mid Derbyshire which is a 150 mile round trip to Boston both to view the car and the to collect it and it was worth it. Enough said!

Agreed price for new car, paid deposit and signed paperwork, 2 weeks later they tried to back out of the deal. They eventually agreed to honour it with a "paperwork exercise". 5 months later my dad still doesn't have a V5 in the correct name, the scratches and chips that were on the bonnet on the day he collected it are still there as he's not confident fixing them himself with the scratch stick they gave him and the keys still repeatedly fail to lock/unlock/start the vehicle - they've replaced both keys which hasn't solved the problem and have now suggested the problem might be his wallet blocking the signal in his pocket, despite it regularly happening when holding the keys in his hand. Customer service is non existent.

Not surprised at all to see such good reviews on your site. My husband and I bought a car from you on the 9th March this year and I have been meaning to write a review since then!! Sorry it's taken me so long - I don't usually bother with reviews but we had such a good buying experience; very helpful staff with no sales pressure put on us to buy. Adam spent as much time as we needed and left us alone with the vehicle to discuss our thoughts. We have been very pleased with the car and would definitely recommend you to friends and family. We travelled all the way from Croydon, South London but well worth it. We also had a minor issue when we got home, with the screen washer bottle not working, so we contacted them and as we lived so far away they were happy for us to get the work done and reimburse us the money, which they did very quickly and without any fuss at all. Thank you - we are still very much enjoying our VW Touran.
