New & Used Vehicle Sales Executive

We are looking for a Car Sales Executive to sell both New and Used cars and offer high levels of customer service

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with Customers, both face to face, on the phone and digitally
  • Responding to a number of digital platforms
  • Ability to use Social Media to promote the business and send and receive video messages
  • Achieving targets of New & Used car sales
  • Sale of add-on products such as GAP, Diamondbrite and other addition warranty/insurance related products.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction at all times must
  • Showroom and Forecourt presentation
  • Meeting Training standards and willing to travel to go on manufacturer specific courses
  • Embrace Mazda’s customer journey vision and adopt a customer centric approach to changing technologies available

Requirements

  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
  • Well organised and able to maintain a digital diary
  • Great charisma and a welcoming nature
  • Must be confident in computer skills and open to learn new skills
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and be able to confidently present finance and insurance products
  • Adaptable and flexible to new ways of learning
  • Work well both individually and as part of a wider team
