My husband and I have just purchased a lovely car from there. Our sales guy Matt was exceptional. Not at all pushy, told him what we wanted and what we didn't want. Very polite, smiley and helpful. Cannot fault him at all. Disappointed as after only a week we had to replace the battery as the car wouldn't start, but we got in touch with Mazda and they put us a new one in free of charge (under our warranty). Still disappointed the battery gave up after a week though. Also, another disappointment was the Automatic engine shut off didn't work either, from day 1 so we had to book that in to get done too. Just pleased it was under warranty. Disappointed as we didn't except any problems with the car beings we bought it from the dealership but I suppose these things happen.

Having owned several Cx 5 mazdas in the past and received some mixed experiences, with previous franchises, it is extremely refreshing to find individuals who are extremely professional, with extreme knowledge base of subject matter. I refer to youssif Rahman (Sales Executive) and Ryan Pettit who together made my purchase such a pleasurable occasion. All aspects where carefully explained and re-itterated until I was left in no doubt about all elements of my new purchase. My experiences of EMG to date have been exceptional which has been largely due to impact of these to individuals, in particular Youssif whose demeanour is that of a constant professional who exsudes confidence and a pride in his role. Well done EMG in securing these members onto your team.

Mr. Kieran Barton did extraordinary job during the whole process of searching and purchasing new car. Everything went smooth, transparent and fast. Mr. Kieran Barton was amazing in informing us about the vehicle and the options, patient to listen our questions, dont rush, responsive, friendly over mails and in person, sorting out insurance in last minute, providing extended support with delivery crossing office hours and to help us in all the ways to hand over keys to us. I have been going to EMG Mazda Cambridge for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with how they go about everything, friendly on the phone and in person, not pushy with anything they just tell you what needs to be done if anything needs to be done. We actually changed our MX5 last January with them and it was an easy experience, everything carried out by Kieron including putting our private plate on the new car. We recently went back there at the end of January for it’s first service and the prices are reasonable and as I’ve said in a previous review you get a discount for being in the owners club, one of only a few dealers that seems to offer this according to the club magazine.

I've just purchased an Approved Mazda Car at EMG Mazda Cambridge and I can't recommend this dealership enough. Matt, in particular, has been amazing: he allowed us to check out multiple vehicles, and he has been very patient as we made up our mind. We recently purchased our CX-5 at the EMG Mazda in Cambridge and the entire process was seamless and quite impressive. Tom A was outstanding throughout the ordering process, always open, transparent, and responsive. During the car delivery and handover, Kieran was really good at providing regular updates and ensured everything was in place for a smooth handover. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I believe both Tom A and Kieran are exceptional assets to the group.

Really cant recommend this Mazda showroom highly enough. From start to finish the team here were incredible. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Furthermore Grant and his manager could not have been more welcoming, friendly, helpful or proffesional. I have purchased many cars during my lifetime, but never have i received service to this incredibly high standard. This will be my first port of call when I need my next vehicle and I live in Yorkshire so trust me when I say if you do the same you won't be disappointed. I've just purchased a Mazda Approved used car from EMG Cambridge and only have high praise for the team and the car I purchased. Tony, Ryan, Julia and Pedro, and several other members of the team, are all very friendly, courteous, eager to help, and do their best to get you a great deal. There's no hard sell which is always a turn-off and the advice is clear and helpful for your needs. The car itself is beautiful; it's in amazing condition and came with a year's warranty. Overall, the experience was excellent and I couldn't be happier.

I called EMG about a used Mazda that I was interested in and spoke to Pedro. over a few weeks we chatted and emailed to agree on the part exchange deal. Yesterday I did the exchange and we're really happy with our new car. Throughout Pedro was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. The handover yesterday with Pedro was great too! A great experience, I would recommend EMG Mazda.

EMG has been a great place to look to buy a car. They have a great range of cars on site to look at.
