    In general, they were very helpful. I would recommend especially the chaps who attended to me today and on the initial service appointment. However, there was one lady in the service reception desk that spoke to me rudely like I’m an idiot. I don’t know much about electronics on the cars so I wanted to make sure everything was fine before I go as I don’t want to come back again. To that lady, at some point in your life you might also need my services. I will not forget how rude you were but I will treat you with dignity and respect. I just hope it was just a one-off and you treat your other customers politely.

    The purchase of my Kia Sportage from EMG in Kings Lynn went very smoothly last week and I’m over the moon. I found the exact model I wanted on the main Kia website and, as I’m not local to Kings Lynn, I agreed a price for my then current Sportage over the phone with Michael. I collected my new car 4 days later. Macie was waiting for me with all the paperwork and spent time ensuring I was completely comfortable with all of the dashboard setting, including transferring my phone numbers via Bluetooth, before I set off on my 3 hour journey home to Berkshire. EMG Kings Lynn ensured this was the easiest, quickest and best car purchase experience I have had over the years, and I’ve experienced a few. I stayed overnight in Kings Lynn because of the journey time and that was a lovely bonus. Michael and Maciea big thank you from me. I’ll be back when it’s time for my next car.

    I've had a wonderful experience getting my first new car. The customer service was absolutely unmatched. I had a bad experience with the dealership closest to me before, so I reached out to multiple others and I preferred to communicate mostly via email. The only one coming back to me in a reasonable time, with perfect professionalism was Kieran, from EMG Kia Cambridge. Super helpful, very polite, explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions right away, I could not ask for more honestly. Thank you! I got my little dream car, exactly the way I wanted and I’m very happy.

    Outstanding Service from EMG Cambridge In January 2025, we encountered an issue with our car that meant it had to be left overnight. Thankfully, EMG Cambridge was quick to offer us a brand-new car from their fleet. Unfortunately, that car also broke down. However, Jordan from EMG Cambridge truly went above and beyond in making a stressful situation that much easier for us. From the moment we had the issue, Jordan was incredibly proactive. She checked in on us during the evening and took care of all the paperwork related to our car's repairs the next day. Even when she was away at training, Jordan ensured the broken-down car was towed back and kept us in the loop with clear and consistent communication. Her dedication and customer care were exceptional. Jordan truly stepped up when we needed her most, and I can’t thank her enough for her help. EMG Cambridge is lucky to have someone so committed to making sure their customers are taken care of.

    I recently bought a brand new Mazda from EMG Cambridge, and the experience was fantastic! The car is amazing, and Pedro Gomes made the whole process seamless. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.     I was looking for a small car to replace my 16 year old Nissan Micra, and was test driving all new small cars. When I entered the Kia garage in Cambridge I was greeted by Pedro who had a smiling face and who listened and showed me around all of the models relevant to my requirements. I had a test drive and explained that I still wanted to look at other makes to ensure that I had made the correct decision. Pedro understood and gave me a card to contact him if there were any other questions. A few weeks later I was back and once again Pedro greeted me and discussed with me my requirements without being condescending, he once again listened and went on to discuss which make and model would be right for me. He patiently went through all of the options on make and finance until I was confidant of my choice. I picked up my new car today! Thank you Pedro for all of your help and guidance, and it was because of you manner, professionalism and patience (especially in comparison to other dealers) that made me happy to buy my car; I cannot praise you enough best wishes Julie

    I was searching for a new car for my driving school and came across a Kia Rio GT Line S locally, which I test-drove. While I was very impressed with the car, I felt it was overpriced. After checking AutoTrader, I found a much more competitively priced Rio at EMG Kia Kings Lynn. I reached out to Jamie Worman, who was incredibly helpful. He sent me a detailed walkaround video of the car and patiently answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease about making such a long journey (approximately 360 mile round tripUpon arrival, Jamie exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. When it’s time to upgrade my car again, Jamie will be the first person I contact. A 5-star review for a 5-star salesman! Highly recommended!

    I would rather give negative but there is no option. I bought the car on Monday, January 13th, after completing all the paperwork. The salesperson informed me that he would find the V5 registration certificate. After five minutes, he returned and said that the admin lady couldn’t find it. However, if I was in a hurry because of my appointment, he suggested that I can go home and he would send it to me via email. Later, I discovered that they had indeed lost the V5 certificate and had to ordered a new one after sold the car to me. Here are my questions: 1. Why did you lie to me about having the V5 certificate when you didn’t have it before the sale? 2. If you were looking for the V5 certificate, why did you even book an appointment to sell the car to me? 3. Now, I’m without a car and losing in income, which could now be over £2000. 4. Why would anyone apply for the V5 certificate after the sale to their own name instead of transferring it to me? 5. Now, the V5 certificate will be transferred to your name, and I don’t know how long it will take before it’s transferred to me again. 6. How much incompetent, nobody had the clear answer where was the document as sales person said he had no knowledge about it. Why have I have to suffer so much as because I chose you as a professional? If the sales person would told me about all this before appointment for a single time, I would not have to suffer all this. Last 2 days no update. Only apology which means nothing but just the formality.

    Thank you for your review, Here at EMG we welcome all reviews positive or negative so that we can use the information and experiences to better ourselves going forward. Firstly, I apologise that you have felt the need to give us a 1-star review. In regards to the issue with the V5, on the day of collection all paperwork for the vehicle was handed over to you apart from the V5. We weren’t unaware of your situation until you told us on the day of handover that, if we were aware of your situation we would could have dealt with things slightly better and perhaps delayed the handover but I appreciate you wanted the car as soon as possible. There does seem to have been a breakdown in communications between both parties. The sales manager at the site has tried to call you to discuss your situation but has not had a reply as of yet. You can rest assured that a new V5 has been ordered with all the relevant paperwork being completed, this was done on the day you collected. As we cannot control the timescales of the DVLA, they do quote a turnaround 7-10 days for new V5’s to be issues but this can be quicker sometimes. We appreciate your honest review and the sales manager at site will continue to try and contact you via telephone to discuss this in a bit better detail.
