Design

The vehicle possesses a 395-litre boot too, which offers greater space than the Ford Focus or Volkswagen Golf. With 60/40 split-folding rear seats flipped, cargo capacity increases to a more-than-useful 1,291-litres. ​

A fine range of engine choices allows you to get the best out of the Ceed. For instance, a 1.6-litre 134bhp 48V diesel unit ensures that the car returns an impressive 62.8mpg (combined) figure and produces CO2 emissions as low as 120g/km. 

Safety and technology

A Euro NCAP five-star crash-test rating indicates that the Kia Ceed is an extremely safe vehicle. An array of driver aids is included, such as Electronic Stability Control and Anti-lock Braking System, each of which substantially minimises the risk of skidding on slippery surfaces. Multiple airbags, seatbelt reminders and ISOFIX child-seat attachments feature too, the latter helping to secure the most precious cargo of all.​
