We arranged a viewing of a Kia Stonic and drove to Kia Thetford the following day. James was the salesman. My son went straight out for a test drive and we bought the car and took it home the same day. James went through everything with us we felt very reassured that this car was perfect for us. The experience was brilliant and speedy we have visited many garages in the search for a Stonic but this experience was definitely the most professional and best. Firstly, the service I'd booked in for was excellent and no problems at all. When I booked the service in, I had mentioned that there was a juddering at 30mph. When I went to pick the car up I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. On my way home, as soon as I hit 30mph the juddering was there again so I went straight back and asked if I could take the mechanic out that had checked over the car to prove it. He agreed that there was a judder but because there are no codes showing on the diagnostic computer, there's nothing they could do and to bring it back if it got worse. I was later invited to bring the car back in and to leave it with them for the day. They found that there was a carbon build up around the jets which was causing the problem. It's a shame the issue wasn't fully investigated the first time and I didn't appreciate being told that there wasn't a problem when I very clearly knew there was but I was given a free courtesy car whilst they worked on mine and customer care was much better. I'm just happy that the car is running smoothly again.

My husband & me collected my new car from here earlier this week. The showroom is really modern, spotlessly clean & all the staff seem friendly & very helpful. I live a few hours away from the dealership, so it was a full on day driving to collect my car. It was well worth it though as it is stunning! From the first day of me contacting EMG Thetford, to the day of handover, the sales advisor was James. He was friendly, professional & nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from EMG KIA Thetford. I purchased a used car and dealt with Eric who was extremely professional and to the point no BS which is quite rare these days and refreshing. My new car was immaculately cleaned serviced and MOT before the handover by James who reiterated all the features of the vehicle and set up my phone with car. After researching the Kia Sportage on line and various utube reviews etc , we called into EMG Kia Thetford . After looking around the used available stock , a particular vehicle on sale looked perfect for our needs. My wife and I visited EMG Thetford to test drive a Kia Proceed with a view of possible purchase. I would just like to say the EMG dealership couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. John Pratt is such a great assett to Kia Thetford. He was very friendly and professional and kept me updated throughout every step of the way when buying my Sportage. There was no pushy sales script or anything like that, just genuine communication and care for his customers. This is my first Kia and he took time out of his day to go through the vehicle controls and menus etc which I've never had before, even after owning Range Rovers. The care was just exceptional. Wow, great service from Kia Thetford! Everything about my experience of having my Kia serviced by EMG in Thetford was positive from the easy and efficient on line check in, through the service itself with video updates from the garage during the service to show me remotely that my tire tread was getting low. Following my service I also had a courtesy follow up call from their customer service team to check all ok, a 5 star service all round and a big thanks to Chris and his team.

I'd recommend EMG Thetford because they have always offered the best PX price for my vehicle (I have sold 2 cars to them now). The sales staff are polite and efficient, not judgemental or pushy and their cars are priced extremely competitively to others and try their best to get a good offer for you /your PX

EMG Thetford were great because the salesperson , John,was great no pressure sales techniques just allowed me to inspect the car at my leisure and was on hand to answer any questions. jeff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He called back when promised. He didn't pressure me for the sale but, once agreed, he dealt with all the paperwork etc smoothly and efficiently. This was my first EV and, on collection, Jeff took time to talk me through all the settings and controls and answer all my questions before waving me off. Overall, I'm was very impressed.

Bought a used Sportage from James Harrison and what a delight he was to do business with. The car was beyond our expectations (thankfully because we'd driven 3.5 hours to collect it without having seen it). It was exactly as expected because James had so diligently documented the few tiny stone chips etc. Would highly recommend.

Very smooth transaction for a two year old Kia from EMG in Thetford. John managed us through the process with knowledge, good grace and speed, without the hard-sell of the inevitable offer of extras. The car itself looks to have been well prepared mechanically and in terms of the bodywork (fresh set of tyres, alloys refurbed, paint touched up). The only slight let-down was the quality of the clean. On getting it home I noticed the vents and some interior and boot trim didn't look touched. Also, not sure that the promised service was properly registered on the car software. Anyway, hopefully a minor blip in an otherwise positive purchase. Would recommend the garage and buy with confidence from EMG Thetford again.

Brilliant customer service. Eric was welcoming and trust worthy; the car was described as it is. Consequently there were no surprises when we visited and purchased the car. My wife has driven the KIA Rio pulse for a month and is loving it. Finally Eric made everything simple, everything organised and had the documents ready to go.

Excellent customer service. We travelled a good distance in order to come and collect an almost-new, used car from EMG Motor Group in Thetford. The manager noticed on his own that we had come in some sort of electric/hybrid VW and kindly offered their charging facilities, even going out of the way to provide us with the appropriate charging cables as well! This is an example of genuine care in customer service. I really appreciate James Harrison too, who handled our sale and was very understanding. He was dedicatedand patient enough to spend good time with me beyond his office timings, explaining the car's features.

Very simple, quick and easy service. Most of the deal was completed via email with Eric answering my many questions quickly and promptly. I was able to turn up, pay and collect the vehicle on the same day. Very good customer service. Short, accurate and helpful advice without am the salesman waffle. Efficient, friendly service throughout the process of enquiring about and buying a used car. We had continuity of service from James, from answering the initial email enquiry through to buying the car. It was helpful to have a named contact all the way through. James clearly outlined the options, answered all our questions knowledgeably and didn’t over-sell the additional products. Click and collect is understandably a necessity at the moment. It worked: purely functional, with no frills though we missed the comfort of sitting down (!) and an altogether more normal process. It is such a significant purchase after all! We look forward to years of enjoyable driving in our Kia Sportage and would certainly recommend the Thetford dealership.

Well the minute I turned up at the EMG at Thetford I got a lovely welcome from James Harrison, he was very polite and smiley which was lovely and made me feel welcoming and I wasn't pressurised either which was really nice. So i recently purchased a 3 year old Kia Picanto from EMG Thetford. I love the car, cannot fault it. James Harrison was very helpful from start to finish from helping me choose a car to the handover . He was very informative and answered any questions I had about the car and the finance set up. I can genuinely recommend EMG Motors Thetford. I purchased a used car and traded down, got an honest price for my trade in and I'm more than happy with my purchase. The salesman (Paul Thompson) was obliging and we did a straightforward deal with no pressure to buy to buy the extra stuff like GAP insurance and expensive body treatments. Having a broken down car isn’t good at any time - but it’s horrendous when you are on holiday, towing a caravan, in an area you don’t know and the nearest Kia service centre says they can take your car but can’t even look at it for a week!!! With no help forthcoming from Kia Customer Services to find other alternatives I took to emailing other service centres in a wide radius. Thankfully I received an immmediate positive response from EMG Thetford Kia service (technician/manager) who offered to take the car immediately and look at it straight away. Green Flag/Tears of Spalding transported it down there and the problem was diagnosed the same day as a faulty turbo part, which EMG ordered up and fitted within 48 hours. I can’t thank that person and his garage enough that I am mobile again after only two days and able to move on to our next booked locations. Excellent service and our holiday saved!

I have always found that the car servicing/repair staff at EMG very friendly and extremely helpful. They do not only do Kia motor cars but other cars too. They will always try to accommodate your needs while they are working on your car. They are conveniently located near the A11 so access is no problem. Always ample customer parking on site. I always find the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They usually go out of their way to assist and/or accommodate you. The prices are quite reasonable for servicing and whilst they don't commit to timings, are usually completed quickly. The customer lounge is basic but has the usual hot drinks and free WiFi which I would say are sufficient for shorter visits.
