Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Michael de Quidt deserves a special mention. I spent a long time seeking my ideal car (and deal) and was more than happy to drive 170 miles to complete. When we went to collect the car Kia Niro the floor mats had been removed. I asked where the floor mats were and was told that cars don't come with floor mats. Not wanting to delay taking the car I left it. A cheap car sales trick. I emailed about it but it was ignored. Check your car carefully incase they remove things before collection.

In general we had a good experience, Michael was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Our only bad moment was when we arrived Michael was with other customers when we arrived to collect the car and were left to wait for a good 30 minutes. Despite this we have still given 5 stars as he was extremely helpful in connecting phones.

Going back Friday to get the car looked at as a slight humming noise is heard but Lawrence has me booked in to get this looked at this week which hopefully will be resolved! 🚙🙌🏼

Moved to Kia after an appalling experience with JLR. As expected their reputation is based on solid grounds and the service we received to purchased a used Niro EV was as expected. Lawrence particularly was very patient, offered us options and indeed helped us finding the deal that suited us perfectly. We love our little Niro as our daily run around, saves us a lot of money but the value we get from it and the service we received is outstanding.

I recently bought a used Kia Stinger from EMG Motors in Ely and had a seamless experience. I had seen the car online and called on the Monday evening with a couple of questions. I spoke to Mark the sales director, he answered all of my questions and gave a very accurate description of the condition of the car. I went in the following evening and met with Michael Mulligan, test drove the car, was very happy with all of the information that they gave me and was on the road home in my new car in less than 90 minutes. Great people to deal with, very straight forward, answered questions accurately and was very happy with the service and the car. I would definitely recommend.

I went to look into exchanging for an electric with greater range and was given both great help, and explanations, as well as an introduction to an the Niro. It's modern, technically, but so easy to understand. Also so comfortable, spacious, smooth with the ability to go far, without any mid journey charging 'pauses'. Very very pleased.

Visited EMG Motor Group recently as we were looking for a specific vehicle. Luckily, there was one left! They have a very nice showroom and lots of cars to browse in their outside area. It deals mainly with Kias. We found the staff and manager extremely helpful and accommodating and would recommend it!

Very friendly place, especially Michael. Not too pushy but a realistic view of my needs and what would be right. Got a good deal; car delivered as they said it would and everything works fine. I would love to do business with the again but I expect my Kia will be so reliable that it will be a very long time indeed before I need another car!

Be careful when leaving a 3 star review as they will contact you to question why. Even tho they was not able to sort my problem I had with them they still asked if I was willing to change my review rating which I feel is out of order. Tbh they had no right to contact me by phone to ask this.. it’s a bit pushy in my eyes.. I gave it 3 stars for a very very good reason so why on earth would I change that.. maybe I should have gone into details on here why I left the 3 stars but thought better of it… they really need to understand there customer better…

I have just let my Kia Soul1 go to a great friend after 15 years. My partner Keith bought it for me and he sadly passed away 5 years ago, so it was with a heavy heart that I let her go. The funny thing was that when I walked into the showroom in Ely, Mike was a Guinness fan and so was Keith, then the Mavericks came on the radio 'Lets Dance the Night Away', which was one of the songs I played at his funeral. Everyone was helpful the day I came to purchase my car. Aaron was the first person who made me and my wife feel welcome. He even got us hot drinks as it was bitterly cold. Michael was the salesman who took us out on a test drive and Delt with everything. He made everything run very smooth and by the end we both left happy with our new car.

Just bought a second hand picanto from EMG Ely. The service was 5*. Salesman Michael was attentive but not pushy. He explained everything ensuring I had understood fully. We took the car for a test drive as it was my first automatic car and was very good in showing me the technicalities. On picking up the car, it was an easy process, just a few details and then I got my new car. I was never felt rushed or made to feel I was problematic. My 2022 Niro EV developed a fault after 6 months that meant I couldn’t charge at home. There’s a large back order of parts from Kia and after 3 months the part still hadn’t arrived. This is a Kia issue and not an EMG issue. EMG arranged for the required part to be removed from one of their in-stock cars so mine could be fixed. I’m very grateful that EMG stepped up and sorted this for me, though it would have been nice if it was done sooner. It’s disappointing that Kia is prioritising building new vehicles when there’s a backlog of faulty vehicles, but I feel that EMG is a trusted dealership that looks after it’s customers and my experience has been positive overall. I can recommend EMG and I’ll be back in the future.

Purchased a Kia Ceed Sportswagon recently on a HP. Was looking for a car with good milage on it and didn't hit the low MPG range. We were very happy with the service provided by Michael throughout the process of acquiring the car. It was a quick and easy process to traverse and he was readily available and very helpful whenever we needed support.

No time wasted... and no delays. To be honest I only met Michael in person when it came to collecting the car. He always responded on time and patiently clarified any questions I had throughout purchase. At this point no red flags and I would not hesitate to use EMG again.

EMG Motor Group Ely provide courteous and efficient customer service, their pricing is clear and transparent (as are their informative and easy to respond to videos) and my car appears to be given an excellent mechanical service. When I get my car back from EMG Ely I can actually feel like it's been serviced (pickup from a stationary start and on acceleration is cleaner and more responsive and brakes feel sharper are just a couple of noticeable differences). Five very well deserved stars - front and back of house - for EMG Motor Group Ely from a very satisfied customer.

I've done a service and a repair here for my KIA Ceed. I found the service being a little on the expensive side, but at least I could have been certain that they knew what they're doing; the repair was done under warranty and I couldn't be happier about that - I didn't have to argue or anything. The service was nothing but professional and I felt well taken care of at any point of contact with the EMG. The only two things that could use some improvement are the availability (usually there is at least a week wait until the nearest available booking) and I would appreciate a phone call (or at least a text message) if the car's not ready by the end of the day on the day the repair was booked. In short - I will use their services again.

I bought a very nice car in a good price. People there are very nice and kind. Michael is particularly very helpful and efficient. Whenever I got a question, he replied to me very quickly either over the phone or via email. He helped me to sort everything out in a short period. What I did is just to drive the car home. Really enjoyed the experiences and will definately come back again if I need to buy another car.

I was able to test-drive the car I was interested in within about an hour of phoning EMG early on a Monday morning; Michael Mulligan told us everything we wanted to know about it, and putting down a deposit and doing the paperwork was a smooth and quick process. I was downsizing from a large 4x4 and after trying several brands I decided on a Kia. Auto trader showed a car for sale at EMG Ely which was not to far to travel to. I was pleased that I did. The garage is easy to find with plenty of safe parking. They followed good covid protocols and The salesman was very attentive listening to what I was looking for and getting the perfect car for me. I will be going back to this garage for all my car service requirements and when the time comes perhaps a change to the EV Niro

Very helpful. I ended up with an ex-demo car instead of the nice brand new one (and blue instead of yellow), but felt that 6 months was a long time to wait for exactly what I wanted when I could collect the same car (demo) in under a week. Car was super clean and looked like brand new so very happy. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Mike was very patient as I tried to decide what to buy. Would use them again.

This is a motor company who strive to sell top quality new and used cars. As it happens, we purchased a used Vauxhall from this retailer. The car had some damage prior to purchase, but they put it right after purchasing the vehicle. The car is a good purchase and was not over-priced on the grand scheme of things. A trustworthy company with impressive workmanship.

The sales specialist Michael was very professional and polite, I was able to view the car in detail with no time constraints and no sales pressure, and take a test drive. Overall a very straight-forward and painless experience, from the first contact to handover. I am quite happy with the service I received and the car. Based on my experience I would use EMG again in the future.

I have used EMG in Ely for servicing and troubleshooting. I can recommend them, they were very helpful with a locking wheel nut issue and I found their service to be professional and freindly. I purchased my Ford C-Max in Melton Mowbray and I live in Ely, I had a problem with my car and knew I had a warranty but unfortunately was unable to get my vehicle too Melton Mowbray because of health issues so I thought I would phone EMG garage in Ely as being a Ford and KIA dealer they may be able to help. I spoke to Jonathan in the service department, I explained my situation and he was so helpful, took my C-Max in they found the problem and Jonathan even spoke to my warranty company on my behalf and sorted everything for me. Would recommend this dealer, when I purchase my next car I will definitely use this dealer.

Right from the initial enquiry I could tell I was dealing with a professional and diligent dealership. My sales consultant, Michael, was attentive throughout and responded quickly and efficiently to all questions. The car was well described, well presented and fairly priced. An excellent experience from start to finish. I chose this garage for my 5 series GT as the salesman Mike Mulligan took the time to get back to me with figures quickly and were thoroughly professional throughout. I bought the car even though there were others cheaper and closer as this model was exactly what I was looking for and Mike made it all happen. Mike made me feel as if I was dealing with a garage who I could be comfortable with. I trusted that the car would be just what I was looking for as I live 4 hours north of Ely and had to make the trip down. I am completely satisfied with the BMW 5 GT as EMG and Mike made the whole experience a pleasure even with me throwing a couple of curve balls at them along the way. On the 22nd of may I collected my new Kia xceed which so far i am happy to have purchased My journey to this point started earlier this year when I decided that I would change my Kia ceed which I had purchased from emg ely ,as we were still in lockdown I requested an online valuation for my ceed Michael mulligan responded to my request and it went from there I had hoped to have made the change before my ceed the service and mot were due at the beginning of may but my working demands dictated this simply wasn't possible I contacted Michael to say I would need temporarily suspend my search until i could find the time Michael accepted the situation and agreed to contact me in a few weeks time. In early may i spotted a vehicle on the website and Michael arranged for the vehicle to be brought to ely and we agreed a deal Michael was patient friendly and professional and my purchase was smooth and hassle free

Last night, the EMG Ely service reception manager, Jonathan, very kindly went out of his way to fix my car. My battery had gone flat while I was waiting for my daughter to finish her footie training, and I couldn't get a flicker out of the car. (Note to self, don't leave the lights on.) Jonathan kindly came to the rescue, bringing a friend and some jump leads, and quickly restarted the engine. He also checked everything and made sure it was all good, before disappearing. No pay, no worries, he was just calm, knowledgeable, friendly and brilliantly helpful. I drove home safely thanks to him. What brilliant above and beyond out-of-hours service. I have read all sorts of reviews about this EMG car dealer but all I can say is what we experienced and that was an welcoming, excellent and friendly knowledgeable service. We were pressed for time collecting our new to us used car - the salesman (Michael) knew this and concentrated on the necessary and weeded out the chaff (paint protection alloy wheel repair etc etc) and we can not praise the service we received enough, the was exactly as described and so far we are very pleased. Due to covid we had an appointment time booked and everything including Michael was ready and waiting for our arrival. Car dealers will always get negative feedback but for us we could not have wanted anything more .

Great service from Jonathan and the team at EMG. Regularly take my car for service and never have I had a problem. Had a failed part on my car which is just out of manufacturers warranty. I have extended warranty which was a pain to sort out nothing to do with EMG, but left it in jonathan's hands and he sorted it for me. Thanks

When my old car went up to EMG Ely for possible repair, I little knew that in the space of a few days I would be the owner of a shiny new car! the old one was not worth repairing, and EMG found one that suits me perfectly. I had nothing but the best treatment throughout the whole process, starting with Nicola who very patiently and politely dealt with me via email as I am hopeless on the phone. I could write reams, but then no-one would have the time to read everything. Suffice it to say that everyone with whom I had dealings treated me with patience, respect, and best of all, their time. They have all gone the extra mile to help an old lady and her sick husband to become mobile again. I have not had the occasion to drive the car yet, but I know that i shall enjoy it. Great experience. I was buying an ex demonstrator Kia Sportage, remotely ( about 60 miles from the dealership) and trading in my current car in part exchange. The whole process went smoothly -i ncluding -- matching the part exchange price I'd be quoted when test driving cars locally. - and into quibbling when they got to see the car in the flesh -- walking me through the transfer of my personal plate from the current car to the new one --offering to go through any details on the new car (as best can be done in these Covid times). I visited EMG Ely after I had seen a car advertised on their website. The car had only just arrived and had yet to be prepared. Michael told me when the car would be ready and on that day accompanied my wife and me on a test drive. Michael was helpful throughout, without being pushy. EMG supplied my late mother her mobility car, when she passed and my dad contacted to update them on the current status they asked if he had another vehicle he can use, at this point he didn't so they told him to keep hold of mums mobility car for his personal use to allow time to make other arrangements. At mo point were they pushy or demanding, infact the couldn't be more caring I dont think, they kept in contact with dad to ensure he was ok, they never asked for the car back it was just a courtesy call to see if they could help him in anyway. An amazing group and especially at the Ely site. A massive thank you from my family for all their assistance and a true credit to EMG and KIA.

Had to negotiate a deal with Paul who was not pushy but keen to sell a car to me. I never felt under pressure but felt confident if I had any issues Paul would look after me. If the car behaves in the same way as Paul and Dan on handover I have no worries. I have noted other comments about your £59.99 service charge can you please look into building it in to the price of your car because for me it was not an issue as it was built into the deal but if it had not been it would have been having paid £16500 for my car. I know others charge up to £250 and on principle I would never buy from them. Great dealing with you and hope my car lives up to my experience buying it.

Imagine that you your car has a problem, you're 60 miles from home and your original supplying Kia dealer can't get you in their workshop for 5 weeks ! Well, all I can say is how glad I was to be on the doorstep of Kia Ely. I was greeted by the service receptionist Nicola and I told her of my plight. She said she would see what they could do. Within two hours I was back on the road and I had enjoyed their free coffee and comfortable waiting area. I am extremely grateful to Nicola and all the back room support staff who got me back on the road so quickly. I had never been into Kia Ely before and yet they treated me like I was a repeat business customer who had perhaps purchased many cars from them. Absolutely first class service from Kia Ely and I can throughly recommend them.

Very helpful and they don't rip you off. If you think something may be wrong with your car and they investigate and there isn't anything they will tell you, they don't tell you there is just for the money. Simply cannot fault the team in the service department. Fantastic. Pleasant, courteous and efficient to deal with. They ask the right questions so they understand the customer’s requirements. They do what they say, by when they say they will. Some of the bigger, premium brands should take take a very close look and think about how their own service compares.
