Workshop Controller

We are recruiting an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy dealership in Cambridge. As a Workshop Controller for EMG Motor Group, you’ll work with the Service Manager to deliver a high level of productivity, while making sure you always maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop environment

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Ensuring the workshop equipment and tools are maintained, thus maintaining a professional workshop environment at all times.
• Install a ‘right first time’ mentality.
• Providing technical support when required.
• Ensure team compliance with processes to ensure recording and invoicing accuracy
• Ensuring good housekeeping and security in the workshop, leading by example.
• Liaise with Service to ensure customers are kept informed and manage any complaints that may arise

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 1 in 3 8.00am to 12.30pm
