An opportunity has arisen within our newly created centralised Aftersales support team in Thetford. The position involves handling incoming calls in a polite, professional and friendly manner and also contacting our existing customers via telephone to arrange appointments for aftersales work.

You’ll need to have the ability to deal with customers via the telephone, overcoming objections and using your excellent negotiation skills to bring the call to a positive conclusion. You must be friendly, genuinely passionate about customer care, happy working in a telephone-based role talking to customers, with a confident and professional telephone manner and display enthusiasm and commitment to your work, demonstrated by your ability to consistently achieve targets and KPIs.

The role also involves liaising with the eight busy service departments around our Group so previous Motor Trade experience is in a Service Department is highly desirable for this role.
