We are looking for a customer focussed individual to work at our Vauxhall service branch who can demonstrate that they are able to communicate with staff and customers to secure customer satisfaction, upsell opportunities and repeat business.
We are looking for a candidate who understands the demands of the role and who has the ability to meet the demanding standards that this position brings. Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
You will need to be a confident relationship builder able to communicate with all our customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
Key duties will include, arranging bookings for work to be carried out, advising and selling additional work found during vehicle inspections, along with finalising and invoicing the customer and collecting payment.
You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work independently maintaining customer focus. Key performance indicators will include Customer satisfaction, repeat repairs and retail hours sold.
Create job cards and compile invoices for works carried out. Work with workshop controller, parts and service manager to provide a quality service experience for our customers.
To accurately record vehicle information, service history, gain authority through the 1 Link platforms and liaise with leasing companies and retail customers to gain approval on work
The successful applicant will be, IT literate, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public
Previous experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
A good rate of pay working in a friendly environment.
Monday to Friday 8.00 - 17.30 and Saturdays 8.00-13.00.on a rotation
