Having been a customer of EMG [Spalding] since June 2019, I cannot say enough about all their front line staff & overall customer care.
Excellent, Stupendous & Marvelous are some expressions that immediately spring to mind.
I suspect this approach & ethos naturally stems from the very top of this organisation, without which this exceptional attitude cannot cascade onto their customer facing personnel.
Happy & content staff treat their customers & visitors well, is what I can say.
Always, polite, willing, prompt, forthright, honest, helpful and true to their word, which is extremely essential when interacting with customers.
I wish many other organisation could borrow a leaf out of this companies approach.
I have in excess of 10 sound examples that can be featured to extoll the excellence in which EMG have served me in all my vehicular requirements with them & I will never hesitate to consult them whenever it is necessary.
I must also mention their Boston outlet, which I visited once in 2022 and no surprises here either, as the service, attention to detail and customer interactions were nothing but perfect, so believe this admirable approach is natural & automatic at all of their trading outlets.
I could go on, but in closing, I say excellent company and their entire staff contingent must be congratulated on their work ethic & customer care service.
EMG, you can be truly proud of your efforts.

Incredible service- came very quickly, after a very fair quoted price. Extremely friendly, positive and pleasant conversation. I would recommend to anyone. Had a warranty jobs done too no quibble just sorted them for me,The showroom is really modern, spotlessly clean & all the staff seem friendly & very helpful. Many thanks to Matt for his help with the recent purchase of our Mercedes

Staf was very helpful at firstunderstand what happened to usebut the young woman in the showroom ( NEVER ) past messages on to other members of staffeven though I'd paid a good deposit on car & could get it off site before Christmas they sold it to someone elsevery up set over it all .

We recently bought a BMW from EMG Spalding tho maybe hitting a large deer on the way to test drive the car wasn’t the best way to start thecar buying processthankfully we were greeted by Darren and Sean with a coffee and some positive wordsthey were able to see past the damage and hold the car until we’d sorted out our car/insurance…a big thank you to Darren for his help with our purchase…top bloke…we would definitely recommend EMG Spalding

Purchased a 3 year old KIA Niro electric. From 260 miles away! Sandy was my contact and he overcame all minor bumps in the road (sorry) during the process. Bought my71 plate vehiclesight unseenalthough awalk-aroundcar viewing by video was useful. I was unable to pick-up in person. Sandy arranged delivery and the myriad of paperwork. My first financed purchase of a vehicle couldn't have been a better experience. I am not local so relied on Darren to supply me with as much information as possible to make an informed decision. Darren did this, and more. Buying online can be disappointing (ask me, I know) but if sales executives conduct themselves as professionally as Darren did and with the honesty that had to come with it, it can be sheer bliss! Didn't want to give a negative rating, but I wasn't given the best customer service. Thought I maybe getting a new car but was mislead and the goal post was changed. After reading all the good reviews I was hoping for a better experience.

There was no pressure at all to buy. Information was given freely and if the trainee salesman didn't know something, his mentor was asked. A test drive was offered as well as having the opportunity to look inside any of the cars on the forecourt, including ones which hadn't been valetted. The various purchase options were clearly explained and a hard copy of information made available.
